Step 1:- Open the Instagram Application and proceed to the login screen.

You would be logged in to your account automatically once you’ve entered the password. Your disabled account would be restored, reactivated, and recovered after logging back into your account.

How To Reactivate Instagram Account Before 24 Hours
Instagram states that it takes approximately 24 hours after you disable the account to get it verified and disable your account. However, it may sometimes take more than 24 hours for the account to be disabled.
