Mutual friends are people who share a common friend. For example, consider a group of three people, Persons A, B, and C. Now, if both person A and person B are friends with person C, then A and B are said to be mutual friends.
It does not matter if person A and B know each other well or not. They would still be mutual friends because they share a common friend. The meaning of the word mutual friends is the same on Snapchat.
This article will show you how to see mutual friends on Snapchat.
See Mutual Friends on Snapchat
Step1: Open the Snapchat app and press your Bitmoji in the top-left of the camera screen.
Step2: Tap Add Friends under the Friends header. On the Add Friends page, you will see two categories, Added Me and Quick Add.
The profiles in the Added Me section are users who have sent you a friend request on Snapchat. On the other hand, profiles in the Quick Add section are people that Snapchat thinks you may know or would like to know.
Step3: Notice profiles in your Quick Add section that shows “x+ Mutual Friends” text under their Snapchat usernames.
Here, X is a number ranging from 1 to 20 and represents how many mutual friends you have with that profile. If you have more than 20 mutual friends with a profile, then the text would only show “20+ mutual friends” instead of telling the exact number.
